Kiro Manoyan, ARF member, today had a meeting with Armenian media and talked about Safarov’s scandal and Hungarian policy.
“Hungarian government is pressed by the pressure that Armenian side gives. They try to avoid the issue, but of course the problem won’t be closed so soon. They urged us to restore the relations. We mustn’t do it unless Hungary recognizes the independence of NKR. We should start from here. ” stressed Manoyan.
During the interview one of the journalists asked Manoyan, whether there will be a meeting between Armenia’s President and Azerbaijan’s president.
Manoyan responded:
“If there would be a meeting between Azerbaijan and Armenia, first of all MFAs might meet, since they are now in New York, and they might meet each other. I have a question. Why to meet Aliyev? What do we need to talk with such a president?” said Manoyan.
As reported, Manoyan also talked about OSCE Minsk group.
According to him OSCE has showed its agreement and understood that Karabakh can’t be under Azerbaijan and added that the conflict won’t be solved in near future.
