Zvartnots International Airport reported to have stopped serving Armavia Airlines company for non-payment of debts. “Armavia’s flights will not be served because of the debts, Armavia has greatly exceeded from the debt margin specified by the agreement”, Gevorg Abrahamyan, the spokesmen for Zvartnots Airport reported this to journalists today.
Recall that the “clash” between Armavia Airlines and Zvartnots International Airport has a long track-record mainly because of Armavia not paying its debts to the airport every now and then. The clash has been even reached its momentum last year with Armenia’s government mediating between the sides. Michael Baghdasarov, owner of Armavia, had earlier noted that if Zvartnots kept prices the same, the company would have serious financial problems and eventually close down.”
