“I am completely dissatisfied with Horton’s half-praise of RA government. There’s noting to praise: for instance, the budget has been fulfilled since the numbers for 2012 are comparatively lower than in 2011. Economic growth is a balloon growth because of including insurance and mining”, MP and former prime minister Hrant Bagratyan stated this today in a press briefing touching upon IMF Armenia head Mark Horton’s praise of RA government. Bagratyan noted Armenia being unable to develop further because of the monetarist policy of authorities. “Mark Horton and his delegation cannot and do not have the right to state such changes. This is already annoying. They know everything very well. But after all this I wonder if they care about what happens. Mark Horton would help Armenia noting the poor fulfillment of 2011 budget”, concluded Bagratyan.
