During January-August months, 2012, the negative balance of international passenger flow (the number of those leaving the country excels the number of those arriving) has increased by 15.5 thousand or 20.7% and comprised -90.8 thousand people.

During January-August months, 2012, the general amount of passenger flow has increased by 287.7 thousand people or by 11.2% in comparison with the previous year and comprised 2863.7 thousand people.
The density of those having left by air transport comprises 41.8% of passenger transfers.
We note that the negative balance is not satisfying, as it should have been positive at least due to tourist coming to Armenia.
The explanation is that emigration tendencies are alarming.
