On September 13 Deputy-Prime Minister of Armenia, member of the CIS Economic Council Armen Gevorgyan arrived in Ashgabat to attend the 55th meeting of the CIS Economic Council. Official sources inform that the agenda of the Council meeting includes more than 20 questions on various areas of economic cooperation of the CIS member states.
In particular, discussions will touch the concept of creating a bank draft patents and innovations of the CIS, creating an international trade and exhibition “Chopintradeexpo” center with marketing center of the CIS and the EU in Chop city (Ukraine). The draft of the plan of priority actions for 2013-2014 in the sphere of humanitarian cooperation of the CIS states and a number of other issues will be discussed.
