The president of the permanent commission of NA foreign affairs Artak Zaqaryan explained in the interview with Aravot.am why Azerbaijani hackers attack and break Armenian websites so frequently. According to him information war is not ceasing, and the hackers’ attacks are a part of it: “As all the Armenian websites, online press discuss Azerbaijani-Hungarian deal, which also provides adequate information for international public, Azerbaijani hackers try to suppress the flow of information in this way and in parallel insert their desired fake information and anti-Armenian campaign.”
To the question of the paper whether Armenians cannot take counterattack, whether it is really a matter of huge amount of money, Zaqaryan answered: “Armenian party gives this money. And our hackers are no worse than Azerbaijani ones. We can as well protect the security of our mass media.
