The editor of the ACNIS (The Armenian Centre for National and International Studies” Gevorg Lalayan in a new article discussed Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev’s mistakes which put Armenia in a more favorable position in the region.
“There is a saying, “it is better to have a foolish enemy, than cunning friend””.
According to Lalayan, the head of our enemies, Aliyev, “helps” us to be at high level in international courts and organizations, since they will surely criticize his move of pardoning Safarov.
“I’m sure that Aliyev is “helping” us. What do you think? At this time which country is in good situation, we or our enemy? Of course we. Who made it clear for the international organizations and for the whole world that the Armenian of Artsakh cannot live under the control of Azerbaijan, a country where a murderer is a hero? Our friend Aliyev. In a short while he did something that our authorities were not able to in the course of sever years. By signing the deal with Hungary and getting back Safarov, he showed the real face of Azerbaijan”.
“I can bring you more examples. Some years ago he had organized to destroy all the cross stones and presented his intention to the whole world. All these actions just showed how violent Azerbaijan is. All this is definitely a plus for Armenia.

“The most important thing is that Azerie are afraid of Armenians. How do you think it happened?
