Referring to the transfer of Ramil Saferov from Hungary to Azerbaijan in case when he had cruelly killed the sleeping officer Gurgen Margaryan and was sentenced to life imprisonment, “Hraparak” writes: “This is even likely to be a crucial period for our diplomacy and when everything calms down, this fact may become a privilege for our diplomats and everything will depend on their flexibility of using the situation in favor of Armenia.
Now we must accept that we are just persecuting events. The Hungarian condescension was a surprise for us. It is difficult even to imagine how much financial and diplomatic efforts were needed from Azerbaijan to set the murderer free.
The preparations are sure not to be done in a day, but neither our embassy, nor the security services were ready to work, there were no information about the negotiations and no measures taken to prevent the development of the events.”
