The head of the social organization “Citizen rights protector” Karen Heqimyan has turned to the human rights protector Karen Andreasyan asking to fix violation of his rights and take measures to punish the ones who were guilty. According to “Aravot” he complains that 15 days after the elections on May 6 2012 he noticed that the seal on his passport hadn’t disappeared. So, in his application to HRP he wrote: “According to 5th point of 66th article of electoral law, the seal put by the central electoral commission must disappear in 12 hours. After the parliamentary election of RA on May 6th, the seal on my passport doesn’t clean. I find this is a violation of the 4th article of Constitution.
Karen Heqimyan presented new details on the matter in the interview with Aravot.am and referring to the activity of HRP he noted: “HRP realizes the function of a postman. People turn to him on certain matter, and instead of dealing with it he ascribes that to others. I find that we don’t need such HRP institute, as it is in no way different from “Haypost”.
