Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Moscow is still ready to resume oil transit through the Druzhba pipeline.
He claimed that supplies were suspended due to “blackmail” by Kyiv.
Peskov stressed that the resumption of oil supplies to Hungary and Slovakia depends solely on Ukraine. According to the Kremlin representative, the process will resume only if Kyiv expresses its willingness to “open the pipeline” and to stop political pressure on the transit issue.
