EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Affairs Josep Borell had a telephone conversation with Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov. Borell wrote about this on his X page.

“In a telephone conversation with Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, I expressed my concern regarding the humanitarian problems faced by Karabakh Armenians.

Lachin Corridor should be reopened now. Other roads, like Aghdam, can be opened as a solution, but not an alternative,” Borell wrote.
