In Masis three candidates are already nominated for the September 9 Mayor eelections. “RA” party nominated his candidate Sasha Hakobyan, “Prosperous Armenia” party also has his candidate, Deputy Mayor Karapet Ohanyan, and the third nominated candidate is nonparty Norayr Nahapetyan.
In Vedi RA party member Khachik Sahakyan is nominated. The central Election Commission has reported about this to the journalist of “Pastinfo” news agency.
It should be noted that 86 of 97 communities in Ararat region will held local government elections on September 9.
The nomination process started on august 5 and will last until August 10, at 18.00.
