ANC hasn’t yet collected enough signatures for applyingto the Constitutional Court in order to change 44th article’s 4th point of RA NA law code.
Members of ANC think that in order to organize a special session in National Assembly there should be presented only 44 signatures of MPs but the constitution of RA NA says that the session can be held only after having 66 signatures.
We should recall that ANC wanted to organize a special session on November 21, but since “Rule of Law” party and Republicans refused to participate and were against it, the session didn’t take place.
Currently in ANC another petition was launched in order to change the mentioned law code.
Our News Agency was informed form ANC office that “Heritage” will support ANC but ARF isn’t going to support them so ANC’s hope is again on PAP.
