As “Zhoghovurd” informed, PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan and other businessmen sent huge amount of money to Flora Martisoryan’ s family. The spokesman of the PAP confirmed the news. In order to clarify a number of issues “Zhoghovurd” talked to Flora Martirosyan’s mass media coordinator, Maria Ghukasyan. She told the family of Flora Martirosyan was in such an immense grief is that no one there has time to think of such things. Besides, a lot of high officials including Tsarukyan, Serzh and Rita Sargsyans, Hrant Vardanyan supported the singer during her concert tours all the time and there is no need to politicize this issue. Ghukasyan mentioned that it is very sad the Armenian mass media speaks about the money Martirosyan’s family needs because the singer herself was organizing a number of charity concerts, was the founder of “Komitas” music school in Los Angeles, initiated the program “Never again” which was aimed at making the world recognize the Armenian Genocide. Ghukasyan regretted Armenian mass media had only this part to discuss, instead of referring to more important aspects of Flora Martirosyan’s life.
Maria Ghukasyan also rejected the fact that only after “Zhoghovurd’s” article to make a commission on the burial ceremony the government decided to make one and stated on the very first day of the singer’s death the Armenian council and the government expressed their readiness to assist the family and solve the issue of the burial.
