The trial against Lieutenant colonel of Armed Forces Vardan Samvelyan, who threatened to blow up “Harsnaqar” restaurant complex, will be sent to court by September. “Zhoghovurd” got this information from its sources. The news was confirmed by the press secretary of police services of Ministry of Defense of RA, Meri Sargsyan.
The paper reminds that after Vahe Avetyan’s death, on July 1st in “Harsnaqar”, Lieutenant colonel, deputy of the capital troop commander, Vardan Samvelyan entered the restaurant with arms and threatened to blow it up. After several hours of negotiations, he was arrested and taken to DM military police station.
