In the note “The administration of Artsakh State University in the Reflection of Artsakh’s Authorities” on Facebook I referred to the incident of July 30. Today the investigator considers me to be a defendant in the process being based on the testimonies of Artsakh State University employee, and the participants of the incident. It is clear that the provocation against me is the result of somebody’s demand. And it is clear that that somebody is among the authorities.
17 days before the incident the head of NKR Supreme Court, in the interpretation on Facebook’s page, had written to me, “You are talking about the Electoral Code you need no other book than the Criminal ones, you should study Criminal Code, it may be necessary for you to INTERPRET properly.”
Certainly in this process NKR general prosecutor Arshavir Kharamyan has his own contribution. Who a month ago I blamed for building a luxury house in the centre of Stepanakert and offered to publish the income’s statements. But Kharamanyan was anxious about the article I published in my blog, where I criticized the general prosecutor.
This whole story is a continuation of more than two and a half years of persecutions, some of which I have reported to the public. Their aim is to remove me from Artsakh, which is the aim of an entire state mechanism. Unfortunately the NKR president himself took part and even in some cases led that process, and introduced mediations for removing me from Artsakh to various officials and other prominent people in Armenia.
The final decision of “neutralizing” me was made in 2012 election circle, when I was actively involved in presidential candidate Vitali Balasanyan’s office. The revenge used against me is just a continuous process of the earlier actions by the authorities.
