The members of the 14th congress of the RP were greeted by the head of the “United Russia” political party, the PM of Russia Dmitri Medvedev. In his message the PM highlights the importance of the congress in the social and political life of Armenia the decisions of which will have their effect on the future of the country and on the bilateral relations of Russia and Armenia as well.
A most significant place in this process has the “United Russia” and the Republican Party of Armenia cooperation, the PM states. Medvedev wished a successful work and prosperity to Armenia.
The speech was read by the hero of the Soviet Union and the Republic of Armenia Arthur Chilingarov.
