The Department of Public and Media Relations of Staff of the RA President informs that Serzh Sargsyan met with the Polish, Swedish and Bulgarian Foreign Ministers Radoslaw Sikorski, Carl Bildt and Nikolai Mladenovin.
The President welcomed the visit of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs to Armenia. Serzh Sargsyan stressed the importance of the EU member states’ involvement and support in Armenia-EU cooperation.
During the meeting the parties discussed the prospects of cooperation within the Eastern Partnership. According to the parties’ estimates, these relations are developing intensively and have moved to a new level. It was noted that Armenia is making good progress in completing negotiations on the EU-Armenia Association Agreement, including a Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area.
They touched upon regional issues and challenges, the Karabakh conflict settlement process.
