Our News Agency organized an interview with PAP spokesman Tigran Urikhanyan concerning Tsarukyan’s visit to Brussels.
To the question why Tsarukyan met with EP former president and couldn’t manage to meet the current president, Urixanyan responded that a lot of high level meetings were held in Brussels.
Our journalist recalled that according to media Tsarukyan failed to have some high official meetings and asked Urixanyan to comment on it: “Everyone wants to meet with Tsarukyan, who has a very high political level. They are happy to meet such person.”
Talking about Tsarukyan’s announcement on condemning current government, our journalist asked Urikhanyan to comment whether it means that Tsarukyan is opposition now or not. “We haven’t said any new thing. We express the idea of our nation. Our leader does everything in order to raise very important issues which come from our society. Let people analyze our work and decide what they will do during the upcoming presidential elections.”
In the end the journalist recalled the news that Tsarukyan met with Armenian president Sargsyan and announced him about nomination and the question was addressed to Urikhanyan to say whether Tsarukyan has dependence on Sargsyan or not. Urixanyan noted that he won’t comment on rumors.
