Musa Mikayelyan, in his political analysis, discusses the resent failure of the ANC initiation on the criminal and electoral code book amendments. As the political analyst mentions, the RP members did not appear in the session thus failing the quorum.
Today before the session Levon Ter-Petrosyan made an announcement labeling the behavior of the absentees as anti-constitutional, arrogant. Mikayelyan notices the words of Ter-Petrosyan are also referred to the PAP 6 members including the head of the PAP, who was absent too.
Mikayelyan states the PAP members always have justifications for being absent but this shows how seriously the “savior” of Armenia in the current political state Gagik Tsarukyan refers to his job being absent in the sessions. Mikayelyan casts doubts whether Ter-Petrosyan’s labels that are aimed at the RP members do not directly touch upon its so-called colleague PAP, because the PAP also turns to the public with eloquent declarations about saving and developing the country, whereas the behavior of the leader of the party shows completely the opposite.
Mikayelyan concludes stating that it is not the PAP’ss or its leader’s fault, because they all like the RP think of their current day issues although it is hard to tell who does anything but this in the National Assembly today.
