On Armenia’s 21th anniversary of independence Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory letter to the RA President Serzh Sargsyan.
He congratulated the President and the whole Armenian nation and said that in recent years, Armenia has achieved considerable success in the social and economic spheres.
“Armenia’s reputation is growing in the regional and international arenas. I note with gratification friendly and constructive relations of Armenia with Russia. I am confident that together we will continue our efforts to strengthen the strategic partnership between our countries, to expand effective cooperation within the CIS and CSTO integration mechanisms.”
