Several foreign guests including chief secretary of NATO Anders Fog Rasmussen will take part in the annual meeting of heads of Georgian diplomatic missions abroad, informed deputy FM of Georgia, Nino Kalandadze.
Namely, in the meeting to be hold in Radisson SAS Iveria Hotel ministers of foreign affairs of Poland, Switzerland, Argentina and Fiji will take part. Rasmussen who will arrive in Georgia on September 6th will take part in the meeting as a special guest, writes 1news.az linking to «News-Georgia».
“The main aim of the meeting is as always the review of priorities of foreign politics and the discussion of main instructions first of all related to the territorial completeness of our country as well as issues on critical relations with certain countries”, announced Kalandadze.
According to her words the ambassadors traditionally have meetings with the president of Georgia Mikhail Sahakashvili and other senior officials. It is planned that Rasmussen will meet Georgian military who will soon leave for Afghanistan to take part in peacekeeping operation.
