Tensions in the famous Beckham family have reached a peak, extending beyond the personal sphere and becoming the main topic of global media discussion.
Brooklyn Beckham made public the scandalous accusations against his parents on his Instagram page. His father, David Beckham, responded to this, indirectly referring to his son’s step and emphasizing the importance of children’s right to make mistakes.
Just a day after his son’s statements, David Beckham was a guest on CNBC’s “Squawk Box”. Beckham noted that he has always tried to educate his children and teach them to use social media for good purposes, as he does in his work with UNICEF. He emphasized that children should be allowed to make mistakes because that is how they learn and mature.
“I’ve been able to use my platform and my UNICEF followers, and it’s been the most excellent tool to make people aware of what’s happening in the world for children.
I’ve tried to do the same with my children, to educate them. They make mistakes. Children are allowed to make mistakes. That’s how they learn.
“So that’s what I try to teach my children. But you know, sometimes you have to let them make those mistakes too,” Beckham said.
Recall that Brooklyn Beckham spoke about his conflict with his family and their discriminatory attitude towards his wife, Nicola Peltz-Beckham.
