Russia is not on the side of Azerbaijan, but of the conflict. Russia’s ally in the conflict, not Armenia or Azerbaijan.
Four rural areas should be returned to Azerbaijan. There is no second opinion here.

According to him, Azerbaijan is a much more sovereign state than Armenia.
The political scientist welcomes the government’s move to return to the four rural areas but raises the question of whether the government will follow the planned path after the announcement. “Will the government go that way, or did it make that statement to have an alibi?” We cannot mislead people and say we are entering the EU tomorrow.
