President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received European Union Energy Commissioner Kadri Simson, who is participating in the 10th Ministerial Meeting of the Southern Gas Corridor Advisory Council and the 2nd Ministerial Meeting of the Green Energy Advisory Council.
During Simson’s visit, the Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan and the “Elecnor” company will sign a memorandum of cooperation on renewable energy sources. The European State Agency for Parallel, Renewable, and Wind Energy Sources will sign a memorandum of wind and renewable energy cooperation.
