RA NA Speaker Alen Simonyan signed a decree on December 8, which states:
“Guided by Article 5, Part 5 of the Law “On Guarantees of the Activity of the Deputy of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia,” I order to participate in the 23rd Assembly of the countries that have ratified the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court on December 9–14, 2023, in New York (United States of America) to send a deputy of the National Assembly, Arusyak Julhakyan.
To make the payment of daily allowance (5 days) to the head of the staff of the National Assembly-Secretary-General of the National Assembly D. Arakelyan in connection with the business trip at the expense of the funds allocated to the National Assembly for that purpose by the 2023 state budget of the Republic of Armenia, taking into account the decision of the RA NA of May 1, 2018, of the deputies of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia and the requirements of Order K-127-A on the organization of business trips of RA NA staff employees and on approving the procedure for reimbursement of business trip expenses.
Note that the inviting party pays the travel expenses and overnight accommodation related to the business trip.”
