Publicist Ara Nedolyan speaking about the Zurabyan-Oskanian conversation which was secretly recorded, told the current authorities are responsible for that. He added this is the handwriting of the incumbent authorities and in the world of globalization every politician must be ready to have his speech made public. That is what is called transparency. Nedolyan brought the examples of Armenian oppositional members being revealed to be talking in the US Embassy as an example of making things transparent to people.
Nedolyan stated for the politician his speech must always be aimed to the good of the public and be organized in a way not to be ashamed later on.
This was a blow for the ANC and Ter-Petrosyan, Zurabyan, Bagratyan, Pashinyan must come together and do a statement to clarify the state within the Congress so as to settle all the misunderstandings.
Nedolyan concluded it would be better the clarification of this record brought to a final announcement of the ANC.
