The head of the architects’ union Mkrtich Minasyan stated the artificial corneous animals in the city are too much. This however is a temporary problem, as opposed to the iron and concrete buildings which are hard to remove.
Minasyan also referred to Dalma Gardens “Noyland” project stating that it was not discussed in their union although it already appeared in the municipality official web site.
Minasyan states the life has changed and their union has turned to a civic organization incapable of vetoing. All the union can do is letting people know about the projects.
The head of the union stated the Dalma Gardens project is a rather raw one like the idea of building a 300 meters long Noah’s Arch. The latter was not carried out because it would be impossible to build that long structure devastating the adherent park.
