The 2013 presidential elections will be held on February 18. This was reported today, December 8, by the President of the Central Election Commission of Armenia Tigran Mukuchyan.
Presidential elections will be held in Armenia on February18, 2013, 50 days before the expiration of the incumbent president’s term of office (April 9).
According to the Article 96, paragraph 2 of the Electoral Code of Armenia, not later than 70 days prior to the date of the presidential election the announcement is made in public television and radio by the head of the Central Electoral Commission of Armenia Tigran Mukuchyan.
