The head of the “Christians against numbering” union Khachik Stamboltsyan stated the identification card is the start to enter into human bodies. He stated we are in the second level already where the identification card will get into power and that after the discussions of his union and the NA people will get their identification cards based on voluntary principle. Stamboltsyan added on September 13 the government surpassed its authority and reminded the government statutes must not contradict the NA decisions which actually happened.
This implies taking the path of making the identification cards obligatory. One reason for this initiative is the financing and in case the state income committee subscribes the act, money will flow in, Stamboltsyan stated. The head of the union insists that this is a global problem and that demonic mason powers stand behind this initiative.
