It is not possible to regulate Safarov’s case with documents. There has to be someone who will seriously deal with the case. This was said to “First Armenian News and Analyses” by Gourgen Margaryan family’s lawyer Nazeli Vardanyan, referring to the official document establishing a consulting initiative and its potential effectiveness.
According to the lawyer, the case will not develop until everybody does something. There should be one person engaged in this case, to respond to this process. “I do not have information, that some steps have been taken. I do not know what they are doing, but that have to be done quickly. When the process is forgotten, it is difficult to take action.” commented Vardanyan.
Recall that at a meeting, held on Saturday, the RA President, referring to the case of Safarov, said that the Government with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will create a document that will support the activities of international agencies.
