On August 28th the ambassador of Armenia to Czech Republic Tigran Seyranyan met the minister of culture of Czech Republic.
During the meeting a large frame of Armenian-Czech cooperation fields were discussed, namely the spheres of organizing cultural days, exhibitions and festivals. Stressing that Armenia and Czech Republic are countries having rich and ancient cultural heritage, the RA ambassador mentioned that the exchange of diplomatic relations between the two capitals creates new opportunities for expanding cultural relations.
The Czech minister appreciated the perspectives of cooperation in filmmaking, and also in cooperation between Liditse memorial and the Genocide museum-institute of Yerevan.
The FM press service report to “1in.am News and Analysis” that for the efficient cooperation in culture the parties appreciated the contract signed in Yerevan in December 10, 2010 about cultural, educational, scientific, youth and sport cooperation between RA and Czech Republic.
