“Nothing happens with the touch of magic stick,” said the Minister of Finance Vache Gabrielyan at the press conference, responding to the observation of “First News and Analyses” that the staff cannot require employers to register them and show salaries in the whole extent, as the fear of unemployment is greater.
The minister said that by income tax investment the shadow will not disappear completely, but we can confidently say that it will decrease.
According to the minister, after January 1, 2013 the rate of wages should not be less than the average wage paid in December, 2012. “Limits are put not to show fewer rates.”
To the question of “First News and Analyses” that a tax for “Luxury” was adopted, however, salary scale tax separations are less, and those who have high or low rate wages are taxed in same amount of payment, V. Gabrielyan answered that their primary goal is to make the transition, and then it is planned to discuss this issue.
