The commander of the Turkish army brigade who served in Syria was involved in people smuggling in a service car, Hürriyet newspaper writes.
It is reported that the military noticed this and contacted the prosecutor’s office, and the judicial authorities conducted a secret investigation.
There have been arrests, and several Turkish military personnel, including high-ranking officers, have been dismissed.
