Not long ago, the initiative “We demand the punishment of everybody, who is guilty for what happened in Harsnaqar” required a proper time to get acquainted with the case materials of “Harsnaqar”. The demanding action started in the front of the RA police investigation building.
Vahe Avetyan successor, defender of Garnik Avetyan Tigran Yegoryan informed journalists that investigation material of “Harsnaqar” consists of 3 volumes. According to him, it is not possible to make all the observations and a preliminary investigation of the case and notice errors in just one day. He noted that together with lawyer Lusine Hakobyan they filed a petition to the General Investigation Department, the Prosecutor’s Office Chief of Police, the HRD, the Chamber of Advocates.
Tigran Yegoryann expects that it will sober the investigation. He stressed that today’s demand is a reasonable period for studying materials. In the interview with “1in.am News and Analyses” Garegin Chukaszyan jokingly said that warm autumn is expected.
The action continued in front of the main investigation department, the demand is to give a reasonable period to the legal representatives of Vahe Avetyan’s successor, who was beaten to death on June 17 in “Harsnaqar”.
