Vahe Avetisyan’s lawyers, Tigran Egoryan and Lusine Hakobyan, have released a statement, which we present below.
“Yesterday the police investigation of the KGV HKG, considering that they have gathered sufficient evidence materials about the “Harsnaqar ” case, has decided to give the materials for investigation.”
All the materials of the case include 3 volumes, each of which has more than 1000 pages. We are informed to be in the Department on August 10 at 10:00 am, to present our potentials concerning the case.
It is obvious that the term provided by them is not reasonable, to analyze the case and to present our own ideas about the case.
It is not reasonable even for reading a small-scale artistic book, in which you should not do analyses.
We require the Examination of the HKG and the Prosecutor’s Office to give us at least a month in order to analyze the case, so that we can make the ones who are guilty get their punishment as soon as possible.
