Today, in the government sessions hall the head of the “Republic” party Aram Sargsyan will announce whether he will put his candidacy for the presidential elections or not. Other members of different political powers are also invited. Sargsyan stated in an interview with the journalists that they invited Ararat Zurabyan and Davit Shahnazaryan from the ANC and that the Armenian National Movement (ANM) for them covers these two figures only. “That is why we invited them”.
Sargsyan stated he was against the ANC course the congress had adopted that is why he left it and that he respects Hrant Bagratyan’s announcement.
The conference will be over at 17.00 after which a press conference is scheduled.
