The first battalion officers of the third unit has subjected to administrative liability citizen of Armenia Tigran Hakobyan.
Photo journalist Gagik Shamshyan has reported to shamshyan.com, that T.Hakobyan the officer has fined him with 100000 drams for driving his “Mercedes” model car of 041 oo 11 number, without belts and while diving was busy with talking on the phone.
G. Shamshyan has reported that T. Hakobyan was not allowed to carry on his car numbers registered on the NA balance sheet.
Instead, that “Mercedes” there should have been the following numbers; 05 UP 050. The numbers have been changed.
G.Shamshyan has reported that T.Hakobyan is the son of NA Deputy, the owner of “Kilikia” beer, Hakob Hakobyan and the numbers 041 oo 11 were obviously Hakob Hakobyan’s, but he has given them to his son.
As was mentioned earlier by G. Shamshyan, on August 2, he has taken photos of T. Hakobyan on Abovyan street, driving his 041 oo 11 car without the belt, and speaking on the phone while driving.
