As the First Armenian News and Analyses informs, during his visit to the Czech Republic Hovik Abrahamyan shone with his demands of being treated extremely high. He demanded to be taken to the most expensive hotel in Prague and be given a lux number the cost per night for which is 7-8 thousand dollars.
As a matter of fact Hovik Abrahamyan was to visit the Czech Republic at the invitation of the president of the Senate Milan Shtekh and the inviting party was to take care of the expenses. When Abrahamyan was taken to the hotel where he was to stay, he sent a message to the Czech delegation that he needed a presidential number.
He was replied his hotel room was a presidential one to which Abrahamyan stated he should be given a room where the presidents of the US and Russia used to stay.
When the Armenian delegation told Abrahamyan’s demands to the Czechs, the latters were not only astonished, but also told the NA speaker of the RA that there were no such expenses in their state budget and Abrahamyan stayed in a hotel for 1-2 thousand dollars per night.
