Our News Agency interviewed Publicist Ara Nedolyan and tried to find out whether the cultural revolution, which was predicted by him, happened after 2008 or not.
According to him after 5 years there are some people in our nation that can do some steps and make the cultural revolution:
“The thing is that our people are not talking. We have a lot of condemns toward the government, authorities, but no one talks about it. This is the main problem for our community. I think that the reason of the silence is connected with the elections. People want to listen to candidates, but they say nothing. Currently I want to bring the example of PAP. If they try and have a will they can do that cultural revolution since they have prestige in Armenia but they are too silent. They don’t even want to explain the name of their party; prosperous of what? Which sphere do they want to develop? They don’t even talk about such simple thing, but if they explain it, they can talk” said Nedoluyan.
To the question whether the intellectuals supporting ANC expected the “marriage” between PAP and ANC, Nedolyan responded:
“Of course not. The cooperation is just expected to ruin the authorities and corruption but I should stress that the silent which is also in the parties is very bad for our nation and I’m concerned over it.”
