ANC MP Lyudmila Sargsyan stated that, in her opinion, it was predictable that she would vote for the CSTO agreement, according to which Armenia is deprived of its independence to place on its territory a military infrastructure. Armenia can do it only by the permission of the CSTO countries. NA ratified the agreement, Lyudmila Sargsyan also voted for it. Apart from her, member of the Congress Gagik Jahangiryan voted for the agreement, and Secretary of the Congress Aram Manukyan, for some reason, didn’t vote at all.
Lyudmila Sargsyan said that her vote was predictable. Why was predictable? By devotion to Putin, or simply by obligation, according to which Lyudmila Sargsyan is now in Congress and now votes for an essential document, limiting the sovereignty of Armenia.
Political or civic forces struggling for Armenia’s sovereignty after the CSTO voting should have required putting down the mandate. There is no such requirement. Perhaps it is Congress’ internal affair, but if not so, it means that the ANC admits it serves not for Armenia and Armenian citizen, but for the Russians.
And the activists, claiming that the Congress is actually they themselves, not the leaders, in fact, appear to have nothing.
