“Armenian Times” reports that on September 21, during the concert dedicated to Armenia’s Independence Day, held in Sport-Concert complex named after Karen Demirchyan, Armenia’s authorities also participated in it and later on it turned out that their cars didn’t have technical and insurance coupons.
According to Ashot Aharonyan, head of the press service department of Armenia’s Police, told “Armenian Times” that the owners of the cars have already been fined.
As reported, the owners were: Ishxan Zakaryan, Chamber-Control house president, Arthur Javadyan, president of CBA, Ashot Arsenyan, director of “Jermuk group”.
The source also informs that another 5 cars, which were fined, belonged to MPs but their names weren’t published.
