Azerbaijani sources report about Azerbaijani National Depository Centre (NDC) planning the signing of cooperation memorandums with the central depository organizations in Europe. In particular Azerbaijani NDC shall sign memorandums with Greece, Poland and Romania. As Trend reports Azerbaijan shall held a conference on forming of capital markets October 5 this year with participation of Azerbaijani State Statistics Committee, the World Bank and the PASHA Bank.
As the press statement issued by the NDC for the upcoming conference reads: “Signing of memorandums of cooperation with the central depositary organizations of Greece, Poland and Romania to develop such directions as the study of new service fields, uniting of activities regarding new systems and operations, training and exchange of experiences between employees, exchange of statistic data on market operations and indicators as well as the exchange of information on possible joint operations is planned at the conference”
