According to the Armenian Diaspora in USA, last night, in New York city , a protest action was held concerning Safarov’s extradition.
A broad-based coalition of Armenian American political, religious, student and youth organizations joined in rallying against Hungary’s extradition and Azerbaijan’s pardon of axe-murderer Ramil Safarov. The protest demonstration was simultaneously accompanied by candle lightening.
As reported, the participants were shouting “Shame on Hungary”, “Shame on Azerbaijan” , “Shame on Turkey”, ”Alliyev grand lier ”, ” Azerbaijan should bear responsibility” , ”The justice must be repaired”, ” No more blood for oil”, ”Axe murderer criminals should be subjected to the justice” slogans.
The source also informs that this protest was the second one in USA, since August 31. The first one was right after Safarov’s extradition.
The press media of the Diaspora also informed our journalists that on September 8, about a hundred representatives of the Armenian community of the Czech Republic held a protest action in front of the Hungarian Embassy in Prague.
As reported the demonstrators expressed their indignation concerning the assassin Ramil Safarov’s extradition from Hungary to Azerbaijan and Hungary-Azerbaijan mean deal. The participants of the action read their appeal to the governments of Hungary and Azerbaijan.
The rally participants held posters “Hungarian dignity for sale”, “Safarov=Aliyev=Orban”, “Shame on you, Hungary”, “Hungary is sold for 3 billion dollars”, “We don’t condemn Hungary’s nation, but the government”.
