According to Shushi’s declaration, “On alliance relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey,” Turkey will provide any support to Azerbaijan. Mevlut Çavuşoğlu, head of the Turkish National Assembly delegation to NATO, announced this to journalists.
“Providing military support to Armenia today does not promise any benefit to Armenia or the region. Instead, what is needed is the promotion of peace in the region. Azerbaijan plays an important role in ensuring the energy security of the West. In this regard, Western countries, particularly France, should put pressure on Armenia to conclude peace as soon as possible,” he emphasized.
