Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister, Jeyhun Bayramov, again accused Armenia of provocations and discussed the upcoming EU-Armenia-USA meeting on April 5. “The EU-Armenia-USA joint conference can push Armenia to new provocations,” Bayramov said.

Bayramov discussed the current situation in the region at a meeting with Pavel Knyazev, the Russian Foreign Ministry’s ambassador to special assignments.
