Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi expressed hope that the level of cooperation between Iran and Turkey will increase during the new term of Erdogan’s presidency. Raisi announced this on Sunday during a meeting with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and the accompanying delegation in Tehran.
Noting Turkey’s concern about regional security, President Raisi considered respect for all countries’ national sovereignty and territorial integrity to be the most effective way to fight terrorism.
