Today in the cognac factory the PAP political session was held where Tsarukyan announced he will not put his candidacy for the upcoming elections. However it is reported that the members of civil council and many of PAP MPs were not present.
Some PAP representatives were not aware of the session. Thus Tsarukyan preferred announcing his decision without them so as not to listen to comments on his decision.
