The ruling parties of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Russia have prepared a draft memorandum, which define the main forms of inter-party cooperation.
Today in St. Petersburg in the framework of “Eurasian integration in the 21st century” forum the protocol was signed by the Republican Party of Armenia, “United Russia”, “Nur Otan” from Kazakhstan and “Any Ozarboychon” party from Azerbaijan.
The memorandum is expected to be adopted in the first half of 2013. The governing bodies of the parties 4 must approve the text in advance.
