“Today, there 67 religious organizations registered in the RA State Register. 10 among them are our Church structures, and the rest are considered to be sectarian. Destructive sects are very dangerous. They are a state within a state, which possess large amounts of money, received from abroad, and it is hard to control for what that money would be used for, “said Alexander Amaryan.
Alexander Amaryan said that they will never stop fighting against sects. According to him, many of the followers of sects finally appear in psychiatric hospitals or have a much more tragic end.
In addition, he expressed his belief that the sect leaders, using their own resources, can even enter politics.
